MATT MATHISON

FOUNDER, MANAGING PARTNER

As a longtime entrepreneur, operator and investor, Matt is fueled by an unwavering commitment to problem-solving, conquering challenges, and empowering the next generation of leaders.

Drawing inspiration from many personal experiences, including athletics where hustle, grit, and determination run deep in his veins, he brings these qualities to the business arena daily. With almost 25 years of entrepreneurial expertise, he has witnessed firsthand that the key to success lies in continuously addressing what is broken, enhancing what is working, and pioneering innovative solutions that may not be apparent at first glance. This is what thriving is all about. True success stems from an unending and relentless drive to improve, innovate, and create. This belief has guided his career path, and importantly inspired the creation of this new platform.
